Staying in the Loft suite, my experience at the hotel was mixed. The wonderful bed and great breakfast were top-notch, but the room was too hot on the first night despite turning off the heater. With the window open, it got very noisy due to ongoing building work nearby starting early in the morning. The service was very friendly and accommodating, offering 24/7 availability without being intrusive. The location was perfect for exploring the city core of Bruges, with a beautiful view of the old cathedral.
